PEAK

Features

What Peak actually does.

A planner for people whose days move around. Written as one fast app with nothing to configure before you can use it.

01 · Planning

Tasks that survive a changing week.

Three views, one list
Day for working through it, week for shaping it, month for seeing what's coming. The same tasks, laid out three ways.
Subtasks
Break anything into steps and tick them off inside the parent task.
Priorities and tags
Mark what has to happen today, and tag by project, client or place so you can pull it back later.
Times and notes
Give a task a time if it has one, and keep the detail — an address, a reference, a reminder of what was agreed — on the task itself.
Move between dates
Push a task to another day and Peak follows it there, so you can see where it landed instead of wondering where it went.
Undo a delete
Deleting is reversible. Take it back before you've had time to regret it.
Day notes
A free note per day, separate from the task list, for everything that isn't a task.

02 · Weather

Sixteen days of forecast, on the dates themselves.

On the calendar
Each date in the month grid and week strip carries its own conditions and temperature, so a wet Tuesday is obvious while you're still planning it.
In the day view
The day you're working on opens with its forecast at the top.
ECMWF model
Forecast data comes from Open-Meteo running the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts model — the same source much of Europe's public forecasting is built on.
Seventeen cities
Pick your location once in Settings. London is the default.
Sixteen days ahead
That's as far as the model usefully reaches. Past dates show your tasks without a forecast, because there isn't one to show.

03 · Sync

Everywhere you are, as you type it.

Real-time across devices
Add a task on your phone and it's on your laptop before you've put the phone down. No sync button to remember.
Works offline, catches up after
Changes are written locally first and sent when you're back on a connection, so a tunnel doesn't cost you anything.
One account
Email and password, with password reset by email. Your tasks follow the account, not the device.

04 · People

Hand a task to someone else.

Usernames
You choose a username when you sign up. It's how friends find you, and it's permanent — so nobody can quietly become someone else.
Friend requests
Search by username, send a request, and nothing is shared until they accept.
Task sharing
Send a task to a friend with a note attached. It arrives in their inbox and they accept it onto their own day or decline it. Nothing lands in anyone's list uninvited.

05 · Your data

Yours, and only reachable by you.

Row-level security
Every task, note and profile row is locked to the account that owns it, enforced by the database rather than by the app asking nicely.
Hosted in the EU
Accounts and data are held on Supabase infrastructure and handled under UK GDPR.
Export or delete
Ask through the support form and your data comes back to you, or goes, within the statutory timeframe.
No advertising, no resale
Peak carries no advertising and your task data is never sold or passed to third parties. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
