I'm a London operator — years in short-term rental management, residential lettings and hospitality. I studied law, which mostly taught me to read the small print and write things down properly.

All of that work has one thing in common: a week full of appointments that refuse to stay where you put them. Viewings move. Contractors reschedule. An inspection booked for Tuesday becomes pointless when Tuesday turns out to be the wettest day of the month.

I kept planning in three places at once — a calendar, a notes app, and a weather app I checked after the fact — and kept getting caught out. So I built the thing I actually wanted: one list, one calendar, and the forecast sitting right on the date, where it's useful before you commit to the plan rather than after.

Peak is the result. I use it every day. That's the only reason it works.
